Humans to Mars is one of our favorite yearly Mars-related events.
This year it took place from 14-16 May 2019 in the Washington D.C. National Academy of Sciences.
Each time a string of respected international experts and speakers present conceptual work on mission architectures and vehicle designs for the manned exploration of the Martian surface.
With the US announcement of the return to the Moon by 2024, and the excitement around it building, guests from space agencies around the world debate if and how they would see materialize both a return to Luna and the first mission to Mars by the end of the 2020ies and at the latest the beginning of the 2030ies.
All the space and Mars enthusiasts with limited budgets and unable to attend are in luck. The organization leaves us with a consolation prize:
The videos of the event are available on the website of the Humans to Mars Summit at Explore Mars.
